A cryptogram is a phrase where one letter means another. Let's say Q=t, e=b, d=u, n=e, and g=r.

That spells "butter." Each cryptogram, the code is different. The code is the q=t part. Q can equal anything. Q= something different each cryptogram. If q=t in a cryptogram, all the other q's are also t's. Get it? Try it.
