Because of Bob's stress from off-topicness, I think that we should have an "Off-Topic" tab, kinda like the "Spoilers" tab.

Example (REPLACE "*" WITH "[ and ]"):

Topic: What do you think about Nintendo?

I think that Nintendo is the best system in the world.
*Off-Topic* I LIKE BAGELS!!!*/Off-Topic*

Also, any words in the Off-Topic tab would not count towards the three-word rule, so if you said something like...

Hey!!
*Off-Topic* I'm saying something longer than the three word rule so it counts!!!*/Off-Topic*

...then you would be breaking the rule because Off-Topic words don't count as "words".
