because yours didn't have any effects, I made that one in MS Paint lol

all I did was resize, gave it a 1 pixel border and put the text

a combination of MS Paint and GIMP

GIMP is kinda like Photoshop, but it has less features and it's REALLY complicated sometimes, but it's free
